Minnesota’s Best Food: The Ultimate Checklist of 40 Favorites
I enjoyed the list of Minnesota's Best Food from Minnesota Monthly. I am a big fan of the different places this article featured, especially the North Shore Commerical Fishing section. I know Lake Superior has a small group of commercial fisherman braving the cold water to serve up some great fresh fish. I have to get up there a few times each summer to have some trout and pick up some smoked fish for the ride home.
