Crappies and some sunfish are being caught during the afternoon hours in shallow water. You have to wait until the water warms. The Gull Lake channels, Upper Gull Lake, Highway 371 Bay on North Long Lake, the small bays on Whitefish Lake, and Nisswa Lake continue to produce the most fish.
