Plastics and minnows have been providing consistent crappie action in shallow water near Bar Harbor on Gull Lake, Roy Lake, Lake Margaret, Whitefish Lake, and Pelican Lake. Generally, most bays and traditional spring locations are now holding panfish. Warm weather will increase action.
